Refunds/Replacements

At Jungletop, your satisfaction is our number one concern. We guarantee the quality of our products: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact us within 30 days with details of your complaint and we will investigate the problem.
We do our best to send on your behalf postcards of the highest quality. If the postcard is found to be substandard as a result of our doing, we will reprint and resend the photo postcard within 24 hours or offer a full refund to your account. However, there are situations that are beyond our control. Jungletop is not responsible for the following:

Errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text entered by the customer. Please preview any custom text carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Please take care that you provide sufficient, accurate details of any postal address(es) in order that your card(s) can be delivered to the intended recipient(s). Jungletop does not and will not proofread for (or correct) any such mistakes.
Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution or poor quality images.
Errors in user-customizable features, such as, but not limited to, enhancements, cropping, border selection, size (where available) and formatting.
Once the postcards have been sent by Jungletop to our delivery agent (see policy on shipping), with the address as provided by the user, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent failures by delivery agents in the UK or overseas to deliver the card to the intended address

To notify us of your complaint, please use our contact form. Please provide as much information as possible about what parts of your order are affected. We will contact you, and may ask you to return the affected merchandise in order to reprint and resend the order or to process the appropriate refund to your account.

Shipping

Jungletop postcard production operates from 8am to 6pm (GMT) 5 days a week to ensure timely shipment of your postcard(s). Typically, orders are processed and posted by United Kingdom second class post within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. However, during certain busy holiday seasons, it can take longer to process your order.
