Jungletop provides users with complete on-line tools needed to create unique photo postcards featuring their own photographs, graphics, images, designs and text. For legal, privacy and practical reasons Jungletop does not and cannot routinely review or attempt to control the content of customer-created postcards.
Jungletop cannot be held responsible for any offensive content produced by users of the site. All content is created solely by users of the Jungletop service and does not necessarily reflect the opinions and views of Jungletop.

Copyright

Jungletop respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Jungletop may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please use our contact form to provide Jungletop with the following information:

an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed;
a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located;
your address, telephone number, and email address;
a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Privacy

At Jungletop we are committed to protecting your privacy. We have created the privacy policy outlined below to make sure you know what information we collect and how we use it. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as we outline in this policy. Occasionally, we may update this privacy policy. We will notify you about material changes in the way we treat personally identifiable information by emailing you and/or placing a notice on Jungletop.com. We encourage you to check back and review this privacy policy so that you always will know what personally identifiable information we collect, how we use it, and to whom we disclose it. Your continued use of Jungletop will be subject to the then current privacy policy.

What type of information is collected?

Such information may include your name, email address and your address, but we will not collect any card details. All payments will go through WorldPay or Paypal.

Jungletop may also collect IP addresses for system administration purposes and to report aggregate information to any of our advertisers.

The Jungletop website also provides an address book tool that allows users to save and organize names and addresses (and other data) of potential postcard recipients.

Registered users may create and store personal address books on the Jungletop website in which they may store names, addresses and other information. The information that a Jungletop-registered user enters into his/her address book is considered strictly confidential and will not be accessed by Jungletop or any of its associates or affiliates. The only exception to this policy is explained in the paragraph entitled "How is your information used?"

The content of each photo postcard is recorded in a database by Jungletop even after the photo postcard is printed and delivered to the Postal Service. Billing and accounting records of transactions will be maintained, but on a confidential basis.

How is your information secured?

When you place orders or access your account information, we use commercially reasonable and generally-accepted technological safeguards to secure any information we collect about you. The secure server software (SSL) we use encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, your Jungletop account information is password-protected for your privacy and security. You should always take steps to protect the confidentiality of the password you select.

How is your information used?

As a general rule, Jungletop will not use your email address or disclose any of your personally identifiable information, except when we have your permission, or under special circumstances such as those described below. The following describes some of the ways that your information may be disclosed.

Jungletop may release information (including your name, addresses, telephone number, and account activity) when we, in our sole discretion believe that such release is necessary or appropriate to:

comply with law;
comply with subpoenas, warrants, court orders, government investigations, or other legal process;
enforce or apply the terms of any of our user or license agreements;
investigate or respond to allegations of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other unlawful activity
investigate fraud or similar claims; or
protect the rights, property or safety of Jungletop, our users, or others.

In the event that Jungletop is acquired by, or merged with, another company, Jungletop reserves the right to transfer all information we have collected from our users in connection with such acquisition or merger.
Jungletop may disclose non-personally-identifiable information to third parties in aggregate form to potential business partners and investors.
